CC Resolution No. 22 RESOLUTION NO, 22-4-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, URGING THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES TO ENACT LEGISLATION PERMITTING THE MEMBERS OF THE BAYTOWN FIRE DEPARTMENT AND POLICE DEPART— MENT IN THE STATE OF TEXAS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM AS OTHER CITY OF BAYTOWN EMPLOYEES.
