CC Resolution No. 16 Resoluntion No. 16-3-G3 RESOLUTION FOR FACSIMILE SIGNATURES I, Edna Oliver, City Clerk of Baytown, Texas, a Municipal Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, do hereby certi- fy that, at a meeting of the Cit� Council of said Municipal Corporation duly held on the 14th day of March, 1963, at which a quorum was present and acting throughout, the following Resolution was adopted and is now in full force and effect: RESOLVED: That the CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY, Baytown, Texas, as a designated depositary of this Municipal Corporation be and it is hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money drawn on this Municipal Corporation's Name, including those payable to the individual order of any person or persons whose name or names appear thereon as sign- er or signers thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the fac- simile signature of any one of the following: (Title) (Title) and the CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY, Baytown, Texas, shall be entitled to honor and to charge this Municipal Corporation for such checks, drafts or other orders, regardless of by whom or by what means the actual or purported facsimile signature or signatures thereon may have been affixed thereto, if such signature or signatures resemble the facsimile specimens duly certified to or filed with the CITIZENS NATION- AL BANK & TRUST COMPANY, Baytown, Texas, by the City Clerk or other officer of this Municipal Corporation.
