BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
TRANSFEIR TaV THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED T1 ENTY-FIVZ
($2,525.00) DOLLA:3S FROM THE ODUNCIL CONTINGENCY
FUND TO CLASSIFICATION 200-10-11
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
THAT the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby resolves
that the City Manager be authorized to transfer Two Thousand Five
Hundred Twenty-Five ($2,525.00) Dollars from the Council Contingency
Fund to cover the expenditure of installing a traffic light, with
left hand directional arrow at the intersection of Carnegie Brest and
Market Street near Robert E. Lee High School.
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority
of the City Council on this the 14th day of February, 1963.
