A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER THREE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FORTY ($3,154.40)
CENTS FROM CONTINGENCY FUND TO BUDGET CLASSIFICATION
1003-10-2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT:' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOtIN:
THAT the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby resolves
that the City Manager be authorized to transfer Three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars and Forty ($3,154.40) Cents from the Con-
tingency Fund to Budget Classification 1003-10-2, Capital Outlay
for the purchase of one office machine in water department.
IbTTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority
of the City Council on this 24 day of January, 1963.
