A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
TRANSFER ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ($150.00) DOLLARS FROM
COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND TO BUDGET ACCOUNT 201-6-4A.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
THAT the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby resolves
that the City Manager of the City of Baytown be authorized to transfer
One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars from the Council Contingency Fund to
Budget . Account 201-6-4A, Special Services, to pay cost of autopsy after
body had left Harris County.
