A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ADOPTING THE DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN 2010 FOR THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section l: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby adopts the Drainage
Master Plan 2010 for the City of Baytown as prepared by Klotz Associates, Inc, dated September 2010.
Said plan is on file in the office of the Director of Engineering.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City
Council of the City of Baytown.
