CC Resolution No. 2118 - NamingElectionOfficials4May2011Election RESOLUTION NO. 2118 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, NAMING THE ELECTION OFFICIALS AND THE ALTERNATE PRESIDING JUDGE FOR THE CENTRAL COUNTING STATION AND FOR THE EARLY VOTING BALLOT BOARD FOR THE GENERAL AND ANY SPECIAL ELECTIONS OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,TO BE HELD ON MAY 14, 2011; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the election officials for the general and any special elections of the City of Baytown to be held on May 14, 2011, are as follows: Precinct 1 l Marsha Johnson,Judge Precinct 5 Rex Johnson, Alternate Judge Precinct 12 Gayle Adams,Judge Precinct 533 Monte G'Sell,Alternate Judge Precinct 13 G. K.Fulkerson,Judge Deborah Hutchison, Alternate Judge Precinct 28 Ronda Smith,Judge Precinct 739 Elodia Alaniz,Alternate Judge Precinct 99 Gil Gerlich,Judge Carl Brandon,Alternate Precinct 100 Marla Gonzales,Judge Regino Lopez, Alternate Judge Precinct 102 Tony Campos,Judge Ilka Rodriguez, Alternate Judge Precinct 248 Yolanda Whitford,Judge Wanda Baker, Alternate Judge Precinct 249 Pat Porter,Judge Robin Garcia, Alternate Judge Precinct 250 Roland Leno,Judge Mrytis Richards, Alternate Judge Precinct 386 Tom Cottar, III,Judge Julio Torres, Alternate Judge Precinct 063 Ann N. Bilnoski,Judge Precinct 387 Georgie Bilnoski,Alternate Judge Precinct 414 Nancy Lochridge,Judge Glena Pfennig, Alternate Judge Precincts Election Officials Precinct 456 Gerri Ybarra,Judge Precinct 103 Paul Parkinson,Alternate Judge Precinct 740 Section 2: Should one or more of the above-named election officials refuse or be unable to serve, the City Clerk is hereby vested with the authority to name a replacement. Section 3: Robert Francis is hereby appointed Alternate Presiding Judge for the Central Counting Station and for the Early Voting Ballot Board. Section 4: All resolutions or parts of resolutions inconsistent with the terms of this resolution are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall be only to the extent of such inconsistency and in all other respects this resolution shall be cumulative of other ordinances and resolutions regulating and governing the subject matter covered by this resolution. Section 5: If any provision, section, exception, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this resolution or the application of same to any person or the set of circumstances, shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, void or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this resolution or their application to other persons or sets of circumstances and to this end all provisions of this resolution are declared to be severable. Section 6: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
