A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE CITY OF BAYTOWN'S REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE HOUSTON-GALVESTON AREA
COUNCIL FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2008 TERM, AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby designates
Councilman Brandon Capetillo as the City of Baytown's representative to the general assembly
of the Houston-Galveston Area Council for the remainder of the 2008 term.
Section 2: This term of this representative shall be concurrent with his term as a
member of the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
