RESOLUTION NO. 1905
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, SUPPORTING THE BAYTOWN CIRCULATOR TRANSIT
PROGRAM (`BCTP") AND COMMITS FUNDS IN FURTHERANCE
THEREOF IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($75,000.00) CONTINGENT UPON AN ACCEPTABLE
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND HARRIS
COUNTY; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby supports the
Baytown Circulator Transit Program and commits funds in furtherance thereof in the amount of
SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($75,000.00) contingent upon an
acceptable interlocal agreement between the City and Harris County.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
