CC Resolution No. 1903 107 RESOLUTION NO. 1903 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, REPEALING RESOLUTION NOS. 1615 AND 1759 ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 13, 2003, AND DECEMBER 22, 2005, RESPECTIVELY; ADOPTING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF UTILITY SERVICES OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby repeals Resolution Nos. 1615 and 1759 adopted on November 13, 2003, and December 22, 2005, respectively, in their entireties. Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby establishes a policy for the provision of utility services outside the city limits. The policy is attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and is incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
