RESOLUTION NO. 1817
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, DESIGNATING THE CITY OF BAYTOWN'S REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE HOUSTON-
GALVESTON AREA COUNCIL FOR THE YEAR 2007; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby designates Don C.
Murray as the City of Baytown's representative to the general assembly of the Houston-Galveston
Area Council for the year 2007.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby designates Stephen H.
DonCarlos as the City of Baytown's alternate representative to the General Assembly of the
Houston-Galveston Area Council for the remainder of year 2006 and year 2007.
Section 3: The term of these representatives shall be concurrent with their terms as
members of the City Council.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED, by the affirmative vote e City Council of the City
of Baytown this the 12'" day of October, 2006.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Baytown, Texas that the following be and are
hereby designated as the representative and alternate of the General Assembly of the Houston-
Galveston Area Council for the year 2007:
REPRESENTATIVE Don Murray
ALTERNATE Stephen DonCarlos
FURTHER THAT, they are hereby, designated as the representative and alternate to the Board
of.Directors of the Houston-Galveston Area Council for the year 2007. The Alternate will also
serve for the remainder of 2006.
THAT, the Executive Director of the Houston-Galveston Area Council be notified of the
designation of the hereinabove named delegate and alternate.
