Section 2: That the City Council hereby authorizes an in-kind match totaling approximately SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVEN AND 36/100 DOLLARS ($6,207.36) per fiscal year plus waiver of fees totaling approximately FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SIX AND 501100 DOLLARS ($4,446.50)per fiscal year. Section 3: That the City Manager is hereby designated as the authorized representative for all purposes under the grant.
