CC Resolution No. 1660 52 RESOLUTION NO. 1660 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE SUBRECIPIENT AWARD FOR THE 2004 LAW ENFORCEMENT TERRORISM PROTECTION PROGRAM GRANT FROM THE TEXAS ENGINEERING EXTENSION SERVICE STATE HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($118,240.00) TO HIRE A CONSULTANT TO CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE INVENTORY ASSESSMENT OF THE POTENTIAL TARGETS IN THE BAYTOWN AREA; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. *::ra****►*r.*ra*+*r+*r>k*r*ararr•*►*�.rs+***+***r>k**s*►*sr:ss»*r*>krr>«:**:**r*�r«+r*:r* BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby accepts the Subrecipient award for the 2004 Law Enforcement Terrorism Protection Program Grant from the Texas Engineering Extension Service State Homeland Security Grant Program in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($118,240.00) for specialized equipment and services designed to hire a consultant to conduct a comprehensive inventory assessment of the potential targets in the Baytown area. Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
