RESOLUTION NO. 1615
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE PROVISION OF UTILITY SERVICES
OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby establishes a policy for
the provision of utility services outside the city limits as set forth in Exhibit"A,"which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of
Baytown, this the 13`s day of November, 2003.
