CC Resolution No. 1592 41 RESOLUTION NO. 1592 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING POLICIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE 2001 STREET BOND PROJECT, PHASES I AND H; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: The City Council hereby establishes the polices, which are described in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, as the policies for the administration of the 2001 Street Bond Project, Phases I and H. Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas. Eliminate proposed additional storm sewer pipes and associated inlets on Amy, Pruett, Utah, & McFarland. 2. Establish a maximum width and number of residential driveways the city will replace to two driveways per single-family residence and a maximum total width of 35 feet measured along the right-of-way line. 3. Replace residential driveways and sidewalks with "in-kind" materials to the right-of-way line. 4. Replace headwalls or curbs along each side of a residential driveway to the right-of-way line. 5. Replace streets to their current width or reduce the width to accommodate encroachments or constraints in the right-of-way. 6. Waive staff s current policy to requiring all RCP culverts to be a minimum size of 18". 7. Construct headwalls at the major drainage outfall crossing along Burnett Drive. 8.
