RESOLUTION NO. 1366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, CASTING ITS VOTE FOR THE OFFICES OF TRUSTEES, PLACES
6, 7, 8 AND 9, OF TEXAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE INTERGOVERNMENTAL
RISK POOL; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby casts its votes for
offices of trustees of the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool for the terms
beginning October 1, 1998, as follows:

7 William Green
8 Leo Montalvo
9 Andres Garza, Jr.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to cast the City's ballot,
certify to this vote and forward such certification to the office of the Texas Municipal League
Intergovernmental Risk Pool.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 20 day of September, 1998.
