RESOLUTION NO. 1161
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS
THE STATE OF TEXAS §

AND CHAMBERS §
WHEREAS, the City is required to publish notice of the sale
of its revenue bonds; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baytown,
that the attached notice of sale of the City' s $4 , 410, 000
Waterworks and Sanitary Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1992 , shall be
published one time in a publication carrying municipal bond notices
and devoted primarily to financial news and one time in the
official newspaper of the City, in each case at least ten days
prior to the date of sale.

$4, 410, 000
WATERWORKS AND SANITARY SEWER
REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1992
The City of Baytown, Texas, will publicly receive sealed bids
on its $4, 410, 000 Waterworks and Sanitary Sewer Revenue Bonds on
Monday, November 9, 1992, at 4: 00 p.m. , at the City Hall, 2401
Market Street, Baytown, Texas 77520.
Bids must be submitted on the "Official Bid Form" , and a good
faith deposit of $88,200 is required. Copies of the "Official Bid
Form" , the "Official Notice of Sale", and the "Preliminary Official
Statement", may be obtained from the City's Financial Advisor,
Masterson Moreland Sauer Whisman, Inc. , 333 Clay Street, Suite
4000, Houston, TX 77002 .
This notice does not constitute an offer to sell the Bonds but
is merely notice of sale of the Bonds as required by law. The
offer to sell the Bonds will only be made by means of the "Official
Notice of Sale" , the "Preliminary Official Statement" , and the
"Official Bid Form" .
