RESOLUTION NO. 1143
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARIO DELGADO AS REPRESENTATIVE
OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ADVISORY
COMMITTEE OF THE GALVESTON BAY NATIONAL ESTUARY PROGRAM
FOR THE YEAR 1992 AND DON M. HULLUM AS ALTERNATE SHOULD
MARIO DELGADO BECOME INELIGIBLE OR RESIGN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That, MARIO DELGADO be, and is hereby designated
as representative to the Local Government Advisory Committee of
the Galveston Bay National Estuary Program for the year 1992 .
Section 2 : Further, that the official Alternate authorized
to serve as the representative should the herein above named
representative become ineligible or resign, is DON M. HULLUM.
Section 3 : That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute this resolution and the City
Manager is directed to forward a certified copy of same to the
Chairman of the Galveston Bay National Estuary Program.
Section 4 : This resolution shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 4th day of March,
1992 .
