AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO PUBLIC MANAGEMENT, INC., FOR GRANT
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN GRANTS
ASSOCIATED WITH THE HURRICANE HARVEY ROUND 1 FLOOD EVENT IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO AND NO.,100 DOLLARS ($161,422.00); MAKING
OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes payment
of an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-
TWO AND NO" 100 DOLLARS ($161,422.00) to Public Management, Inc., for grant administrative
services associated with the following:
1. Harvey Round 1 (Harris) -- $325,000.00 associated to East District WWTP
2. Harvey Round 1 (Chambers) -- $100,000.00 associated to Lincoln Cedars & Julie Ann Villa
pursuant to the terms and conditions of its Grant Administrative Services Agreement with the City of
Baytown.
Section 2: That the City Manager is hereby granted general authority to approve any change
order involving a decrease or an increase in costs of FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO:' 100 DOLLARS
($50,000.00) or less, provided that the amount stated in Section 1 hereof may not be increased by more
than twenty-five percent (25%) or decreased by more than twenty-five percent (250,0) without the consent
of the owners to such decrease unless otherwise provided for in the contract authorized in Section 1
hereinabove.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
