Section 1: "I'llat tile City Council earl` the City of Baytown hereby authorizes the payment of
HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE 'TI-iouSAND THREE HUNDRED SI1`VF.NTY-SIX AND N01100 DOLLARS
($269,376.00) WT.F. I larper and Associates, L.P., for the purchase and installation oftwo pedestrian bridges, over
Cary BayMat Jenkins Park through the "Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (Buy Board) sub
ject to
terms and conditions acceptible to the City Manager and City Attorney.
Section 2: That the City Manager is hereby granted general authority, to approve arly change order
involving a decrease or an increase in costs of TWE'NTY-FIVI., THOUSAND AND N0/100 DOLLARS
($25,000.00) or less, provided that the original contract price may not be increased by more than (wenty-live percent
