Section 1: That the City Council of tile City ot'llaytown hereby renews the Annual Sulfur
Dioxide Contract with DXM Industries, [lie., tbr an additional one-year period.
Section 2: That the City Council ofthe City offlaytown licrebyauthorizes paymen(in an amount
not to exceed SE`VFNTY-NINE1 THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHT AND N0/100 DOLLARS
(S79,608.00) to DX1 Industries, Inc., for the Annual Sulfur Dioxide Contract.
Section 3: That pursuant to the provisions of' Texas Local Government Code Annotated
§251048, tile City Manager is hereby granted general authority to appi,ove any change order involving as
decrease or an increase in costs o1"['WEN"l`N-FIVE'['1-10(.7SANI.) AND NO/I 00 DOLLARS ($25,(700.00) or
less, subject to tile provision that the original contract price may not be increased by more than twenty-five
