approximately 50 acres cif` land froni the Communities Foundation of "Texas for the Chandler ArbOT-01,1111
Project. A copy of tine deed conveying the property is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated
herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown allthOriZeS Funds in an amount of
TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVF'NTE�EN AND 98/100 DOL1,ARS ($2,517.98) For (lie
purchase of the property authorized in Section I hereof.
Section 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the deed with the County Clerk of
I larris County, Texas.

Being a tract of land situated in the William Ritchie and the Ashbel Smith
Surveys of Harris County, Texas, and being a portion of the property conveyed by
Dorothy J. Porter to C.E. Busch by deed dated October 9, 1950, recorded in Vol.
2220, Page 462 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas. and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East. line of Cedar Bayou - Crosby Road, said point
situated North 33 degrees 48 minutes West 194.324 varas North 9 degrees 30
minutes West 47.696 varas from the point of beginning described heretofor as the
