SYSTEM AT THE STERLING MUNICIPAL LIBRARY 1N THE AINIOUNT OF
EIGHTY -FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY -FIVE AND NO /100
DOLLARS (584,375.00): AND PROVIDING FOR THF, EFFECTIVE DATE•
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOVVN. TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby authorizes the fiscal year
2009 -2010 Houston Area Library Automated Network (HALAN) contract fee and maintenance fee
for an integrated automated circulation system at the Sterling Municipal Library in the amount of
EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND TI -TREE HUNDRED SEVENTY -FIVE AND NO/ 100 DOLLARS
(S84,375.00).
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
