Ordinance No. 11,062ORDINANCE NO. 11,062 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS. AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF (I) PROPERTY FOR THE GULF COAST LIFT STATION SITE. (II) UTILITY EASEMENT NEEDED FOR THE GULF COAST LIFT STATION PROJECT AND THE GOOSE CREEK TRUNKLINE PROJECT, AND (III) CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS NEEDED FOR THE GULF COAST LIFT STATION PROJECT AND THE GOOSE CREEK TRUNKLINE PROJECT FROM SAN JACINTO REHABILITATION, INC.; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF BAYTOWN IN AN AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($120,000.00); MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO: AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown. Texas, hereby authorizes the purchase of the property, utility easements. and temporary construction easements described in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, from San Jacinto Rehabilitation. Inc. Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown authorizes payment to San Jacinto Rehabilitation, Inc., in an amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($120,000.00) for purchase of the property and easements described in Section 1 hereof. Section 3: That the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents necessary to consummate the purchase of the property and easements described in Section 1 hereof. Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
