AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 33,
BUSCH TERRACE, AN ADDITION IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($500.00) THEREFOR; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes
the purchase of Lots 9 and 10, Block 33, Busch Terrace, an addition in Harris County, Texas.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes
payment in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS (S500.00), which is the
2007 fair market value as determined by the Harris County Appraisal District, for the purchase of
the property described in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmat>fe vote of the City Council of the

bind herself, her heirs, executors and administrators to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND,
the said premises unto the said CITY OF BAYTOWN, its successors and assigns, against every
