AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 3^
NORTHSIDE HIGHLAND FARMS, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-SIX
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($26,700.00)
THEREFOR; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes
the purchase of Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, Northside Highland Farms, Harris County, Texas.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes
payment in the amount of TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($26,700.00), which is the fair market value as specified in the judgment of
foreclosure, for the purchase of the property described in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown. ^*
