BE IT OR-DA-rNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Ba)rtown, Texas, hereby authorizes City
ph'ysician ser-Oces, with San Jacinto Medical Group,
Section 1 That the City Council of the ('.ity of Bat own,Texas, hereby authorizes
payment to San Jacinto Medical Group in an amount not, to exceed ONE Hl.JNDRED ONE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($101,678.00).
Section 3: That in addition to the alnOUnt authorized in Section 2 hereof, the City
Manager is hereby granted general authority to app,rove any change order involving an increase in
costs of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25,000.00) or less, sillzject to
the provision that the an-iount authorized in Section 2 hereof rnay not be increased by more than
twenty-five pereent (251,1/o) or decreased by more than tNventy-five percent (25%) without the consent
of the contractor to such decrease.
Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect inimediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
