Section 1: That tile City COL11161 of the City of Baytown hereby aUthorizes the payment
of FORTY - ON ETI-IOU SAND FI.F'TY`- EIGHT AND, NO/I 00DOLLARS ( 41,0 8.00) to Syiieco
S'ystems, Inc., for the lease of' four (4) Macetnaker scrubbers, Model 3000V, For odor control for
wastewater lift statiolls.
Section 1 That PUISUant to the provisions of rexaas Local Government Code Annotated
§ 252.048, tile City Manager is hereby granted general authority to, approve any clinge order
involving a decrease or all increase in costs of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/10O
DOLLARS ($25,000.00) or less, sub ect to the provision that the original contract price nuly not be
increased by niore [hall twenty-five percent (25%) or decreased by rnorc than twenty-five percent
(25%) without the consent of the contractor to such decrease.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediatelyfrom and after its passagebythe
(7ity Council of the City of Baytmvn.
