In order for the city to leave the lift station at its present location I would require the following: Give deed on previous two sewer easement sites back to me. 2. No charge to me or my successors for water and sewer connection fees for connecting to the existing old or new water and sewer lines adjacent to my property (both tracts). 3. Fence surrounding lift station shall be to my specifications with right to change the fence in the future. Any future changes shall be at my expense. City shall also landscape around the fence as has been done on previous sites. 4. Cost for new lift station site and damages incurred to remaining property shall be $50,000.
