Ordinance No. 10,234ORDINANCE NO.- 10,234 ® AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, ACCEPTING FROM BOBBY H. HUGHES AND JOAN M. HUGHES THE DEDICATION OF A 6.987 -ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN THE WILLIAM SCOTT UPPER LEAGUE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR THE GOOSE CREEK STREAM PROJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts the dedication of a 6.987 -acre tract of land in the William Scott Upper League, Harris County, Texas, from Bobby H. Hughes and Joan M. Hughes. Such dedication is more fully described in the Warranty Deed, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
