TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST TO A CONTRACT WITH TROY
CONSTRUCTION, L.L.P., FOR THE GOOSE CREEK LOOPED WATER LINE
PROJECT; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED
FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($304,609.00); MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THEREO; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
