® AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO AMEND THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY UPDATING THE LAND USE MAP; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby establishes April
10, 2003, as the date for a public hearing to amend its comprehensive plan by updating the land
use map. Such public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of the City of Baytown,
2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized and directed
to cause notice of the public hearing to be published in the newspaper having general circulation
in the City.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 27th day of March, 2003.
