Ordinance No. 9,189ORDINANCE NO. 9189 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TF �1 ® ACCEPTING A 1.712 -ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 2101 M1 STREET FROM THE COMMUNITIES FOUNDATION OF TEXAS TO B" FOR STORAGE AND OTHER MUNICIPAL PURPOSES; DIRECTING CLERK TO FILE SAID DEED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIF TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That th,e City.Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, accepting a 1.712 -acre tract of land located at 2101 Market Street from the Communities Foundation'of Texas to be used for storage and other municipal purposes. A copy of the deed conveying the property is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein for all intents and purposes. Section 2: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the deeds with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
