® AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FY2001 HOUSTON AREA LIBRARY
AUTOMATED NETWORK (HALAN) CONTRACT FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF
FORTY -THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO /100 DOLLARS
($43,500.00); AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby authorizes the FY2001
Houston Area Library Automated Network (HALAN) contract fee in the amount of FORTY -
THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($43,500.00).
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the
City of Baytown this the 26th day of October, 2000.
