STERLING, BAYTOWN, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. *********************************************** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, 11W4. I. Section 1: On the 24th day of February, 2000, at 6:35 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers of the City of Baytown, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested parties the right to appear and be heard on the proposed location of a correctional or rehabilitation facility at 807 W. Sterling, Baytown, Texas. Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of each public hearing to be published once in the newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the above - described territory not more than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the public hearing. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
