Ordinance No. 8,485990114 -9 ORDINANCE NO. 8485 ® AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY JOHN P. BENDER; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property from John P. Bender, the owner of the property as described in Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
