ORDINANCE NO. 7183
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY
FLTG, INC.,; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID
DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY,
TEXAS;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property from
FLTG, Inc., the owner of the property as described in Exhibit ,A,"
and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the
dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from
and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown this the 21st day of November,
1994.

THAT FLTG, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation (herein
referred to as "Grantor "), whose mailing address is 15010 FM
2100, Suite 200, Crosby, Texas 77532, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the CITY OF
BAYTOWN, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision
of the State of Texas, (herein referred to as "Grantee ") whose
mailing address is 2401 Market Street, P.O. Box 424, Baytown,
Texas 77522 -0424, and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which consideration are hereby
acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these
presents does GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto Grantee the Grantor's
one -third interest-in those certain lots located in the Brownwood
Subdivision (formerly Town of Wooster), Harris County, Texas
being more particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit
A attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part hereof for
all purposes, together with any improvements thereon and
appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property,
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances
thereto and anywise belonging unto Grantee, its successors and
assigns, forever.
Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the
• contrary, this conveyance is made and accepted without warranty
