ORDINANCE NO. 7136
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN
• AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF BAYTOWN FOR WAREHOUSE SPACE FOR THE TIME
PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 1, 1994 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 1995; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, hereby approves the renewal of the lease agreement for
warehouse space for the time period of November 1, 1994 through
October 31, 1995. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and
purposes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from
and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown this the 13th day of October,
1994

RE: LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BAYTOWN THROUGH HARRIS
COUNTY ORGANIZED CRIME AND NARCOTIC TASK FORCE (LESSEE) AND TCEP II
PROPERTIES JOINT VENURE (LESSOR)

5200 MITCHELLDALE #D5, HOUSTON, TEXAS
Under the terms of the Lease Agreement for the facility that you occupy at 5200 Mitchelldale #D5,
Houston, Texas, the Lease Agreement expires on October 31, 1994. Please let this letter serve as an
agreement to renew the above Lease Agreement for an additional twelve (12) month period
commencing November 1, 1994, and expiring October 31, 1995. This lease renewal will be on the
same terms and conditions contained in your Lease dated June 23, 1992 and Lease Renewal
Amendment dated September 24, 1993 and any documents pertaining thereto, except for the following
modifications:
1. The monthly rental as specified in Paragraph 2A shall remain $2,533.00.
2. Any previous rental abatement shall be considered null and void.
3. Paragraph 24G. shall be amended as follows:
24G. Lessee agrees to prepay, prior to the commencement of the Lease Renewal Amendment
(November 1, 1994) the first six months rental payments or FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT and N0 1100 ($15,198.00) to Lessor. Lessee agrees to prepay,
prior to the seventh month (May 1, 1995) of this Lease Renewal Amendment the final six
months rental payments or FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT and
N01100 ($15,198.00) to Lessor.
If you are in agreement with the above, please so indicate by signing all copies of this amendment.
This renewal shall be binding only when fully executed by both Lessor and Lessee.
