ATTN: Ms. Eileen Hall
Dear Ms. Hall:
DOROTHY GRAHAM, GRI
It has come to my attention that Parcel 14 of the Rolling
Brook /Baker Road connection Boulevard was assessed on the
basis of being 6.5 acres or 283,140 square feet as shown in
the attached letter, when according to a copy of a plat
attached and a copy of the tax statement, the property was
in fact only 3.2846 acres or 143,077 square feet.
Based on the new figure the assessment should have been as
follows;
143,077 sq. ft. X $0.25 per sq. ft. = $35,769.25
divided by 2 = $17,884.63.
The total assessment for Tract 14, should have been:
SEVENTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY -FOUR & 63/100 DOLLARS
($17,884.63)
If I may be of further assistance in this matter, please advise.
Sincere .y,
f
