Ordinance No. 7,006ORDINANCE NO. 7006 940512 -13 • AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY LULA FAY BENES AND JERILYN NOVOSAD; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property from Lula Fay Benes and Jerilyn Novosad, the owners of the property as described in Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown. INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of Baytown this the 12th day of May, 1994.
