ORDINANCE NO. 6796
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN
• AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF BAYTOWN FOR WAREHOUSE SPACE FOR THE TIME
PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 1, 1993 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 1994; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, hereby approves the renewal of the lease agreement for
warehouse space for the time period of November 1, 1993 through
October 31, 1994. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and
purposes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from
and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown this the 23rd day of September,
1993.

NARCOTIC TASK FORGE, "Tenant"

Under the terms of the Lease Agreement for the facility at 5200
Mitchelidale #D5, Houston, Texas, the Lease Agreement expires on
October 31, 1993. This Amendment shall serve as an agreement to
renew the above Lease Agreement for an additional twelve (12)
month period commencing November 1, 1993 and expiring October 31,
1994. This renewal will be on the same terms and conditions
contained in your lease dated June 23, 1992, and any other
documents pertaining thereto, except for the following
modifications:
1. The monthly rental as specified in Paragraph 2A shall be
$2,533.00.
Z. Any previous rental abatement shall be considered null and
void.
3. The Landlord address shall be amended to the following:

4. Paragraph 13, Lines 13 and 14 shall be replaced with:

not lose than $500,000.00 per occurrence in respect of
property damage or destruction, including loss of useu
• 5. The Renewal Option as specified in Paragraph 24F shall
remain in effect for one (1) additional term of twelve (12)
months.

24G. Tenant agrees to prepay, prior to the commencement of
the Lease Renewal Amendment (November 1, 1993) the first six
months rental payments or FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
NINETY EIGHT and NO /100 ($15,198.00) to Landlord. Tenant
agrees to prepay, prior to the seventh month (May 1, 1994)
of this Lease - Renewal Amendment the final six months rental
payments or FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT and
NO 1100 ($15,198.00) to Landlord.
If you are in agreement with the above please so indicate by
signing all four (4) copies of this amendment. This renewal
shall be binding only when fully executed by both Landlord and
Tenant.
