ORDINANCE NO. 6772
A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
• TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY MOBLEY
COMPANY, INC.; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID
DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the Qity Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property from
Mobley Company, Inc., the owner of the property as described in
Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the
dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from
and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 9th day of September,
1993.

THAT MOBLEY COMPANY, INC., owner of the below described real
property, by these presents does DONATE, DEDICATE, GRANT, and
CONVEY unto the CITY OF BAYTOWN, a municipal corporation, of the
Counties of Harris and Chambers and the State of Texas, a utility
easement above, across and under the following described tract of
real property located in Chambers County, Texas:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any
wise belonging, together with the rights of ingress and egress to
and from said easement for the purpose of constructing, inspecting,
repairing, and maintaining a water meter vault, unto the said CITY
OF BAYTOWN, its successors and assigns forever.
GRANTOR agrees to bind itself, its heirs, executors and
administrators to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND, the said unto the
said the CITY OF BAYTOWN, its successors and assigns, against every
person whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof.

BEING a 100.00 square foot tract of land situated in the John
Steele Survey, Abstract No. 227, Chambers County, Texas, and being
out of and a part of a 15.9975 acre tract of land called TRACT 1 in
a deed recorded in Volume 201 at Page 260 of the Official Public
Records of Chambers County, Texas. This 100.00 square foot tract
of land is more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows, to -wit:
NOTE: ALL BEARINGS ARE LAMBERT GRID BEARINGS AND ALL COORDINATES
REFER TO THE STATE PLANE COORDINATE SYSTEM, SOUTH CENTRAL ZONE, AS
DEFINED BY ARTICLE 5300A OF THE REVISED CIVIL STATUES OF THE STATE
OF TEXAS, 1927 DATUM. ALL DISTANCES ARE ACTUAL DISTANCES.
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod for the Southwest corner of this
tract of land in the South line of said 15.9975 acre tract and in
the North line of a 100 foot ACCESS EASEMENT out of RESTRICTED
RESERVE "B" as shown on recorded plat of CEDAR CROSSING PHASE II,
recorded in Volume "B" at Page 112 of the Map Records of Chambers
County, Texas. From this point the Southwest corner of said
15.9975 acre tract of land bears WEST 54.47 feet. This BEGINNING
corner has a State Plane Coordinate Value of Y = 707,058.77 and
X = 3,296,898.09.
THENCE NORTH with the West line of this tract a distance of 10.00
feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the Northwest corner of this tract.
THENCE EAST with the North line of this tract a distance of 10.00
_ feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract.

THENCE SOUTH with the East line of this tract a distance of 10.00
feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract
in the South line of said 15.9975 acre tract and in the North right

said 15.9975 acre tract and the North line of said ACCESS EASEMENT
a distance of 10.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing
