AT 5:00 P.M IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF CITY HALL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby calls the following
Special Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chamber of City Hall, located at 2401 Market Street,
Baytown, Texas:

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
