Ordinance No. 5,962910801-22 ORDINANCE NO. 5962 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE HIGHWAY 146 RIGHT -OF -WAY, CHAMBERS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes and approves the expenditure of funds for the purchase of a utility easement along the Highway 146 Right -of- Way, Chambers County, Texas, as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference for all purposes. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
