ORDINANCE NO. 5752
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AND PAYMENT OF
TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTY FOR PARKING AT THE
MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas,
hereby authorizes and approves the expenditure of funds for the
purchase of and payment of taxes and assessments on certain
property for parking at the Municipal Service Center, as set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference for all purposes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 31st day of
January, 1991.

THAT GRANTOR, PATRICIA L. MAGEE, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST,
INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PRESIDENT OF MARION C. MAGEE, INC., a
dissolved Texas Corporation, of the County of Harris, State of
Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND
NO 1100 ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration paid

GRANTEE, CITY OF BAYTOWN, a municipal corporation located in the
Counties of Harris and Chambers, State of Texas, its successors
and assigns, the following described tract of real property
located in Harris County, Texas:
Being Lot One (1) in Block Twenty -two (22) of
Middletown, a subdivision of a portion of the Harvey
Whiting Survey in the City of Baytown, Harris County,
Texas, according to the map of the resubdivision of
Middletown of record in Volume 6 at Page 7 of the Nap
Records of Harris County, Texas, to which reference is
here made for all necessary purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any
wise belonging, unto the said CITY OF BAYTOWN, its successors and
assigns forever, in fee simple absolute.
GRANTOR does hereby bind itself, its heirs, executors and
administrators to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND the said premises
unto the said CITY OF BAYTOWN, its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim
the same or any part thereof.
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to all
restrictions, reservations, covenants, conditions, rights --of-way,
and easements of record, enforceable and binding on GRANTOR on
this date, if any, affecting the above cribed property.
