Ordinance No. 5,752910131 -3 ORDINANCE NO. 5752 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AND PAYMENT OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTY FOR PARKING AT THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: The City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby authorizes and approves the expenditure of funds for the purchase of and payment of taxes and assessments on certain property for parking at the Municipal Service Center, as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference for all purposes. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
