BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, pursuant to the provisions of TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art.
6701d, does declare the following described intersection to have
a mandatory left turn lane; to-wit:
Robert Lanier Drive westbound frontage road
North Alexander Drive
Section 2: The Director of Planning and Traffic is
Ruthorized and directed to place the appropriate signs at the
above described location.
Section 3: It shall be unlawful for a driver of a vehicle
to disobey the instructions of a sign placed in accordance with
the provisions of this ordinance, unless at the time otherwise
directed
