AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY DECKER TERRACE, INC.; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS- Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property as described in Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes, from Decker Terrace, Inc. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
