will hold public hearings giving all interested parties the right
to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of
Baytown, Texas, of the property described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents anf
purposes.

BEGINNING at a point on the existing city limit line, said
point being at the waters edge of the West bank of Cedar Bayou,
also said point being the Southeast corner of the U.S. Steel H-5
Tract (deeded to Patricia N. Phelan, et al) and the most
northerly Northeast corner of the U.S. Steel H-7 Tract (deeded to
Mrs. Rosa Kilgore and Mrs.. Elizabeth Jones). This corner having
a Texas Plane Coordinate value of x = 700,155.71 ; y =
3,291,856.09 and referenced from a concrete monument set by
Limbaugh Engineers as control for aerial mapping, stamped
2300-10, and having a Texas Plane Coordinate value of x
3,290,730.35; y = 698,911.72 at North 52' 06' 01" East 1703.11;
