Being a parcel or tract of land out of the George Ellis League,
A -21, Harris County, Texas and being out of that certain tract
41 conveyed by Edwin L. Bruhl, Trustee, to Harry N. Holmes, Trustee,
by deed dated February 20, 1970, and recorded in Volume 7918, Page
580 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 2 inch iron pipe found for the Southeast corner of
the abovementioned Harry N. Holmes tract, said point also being the
southwest corner of a tract now or previously owned by Harry

The area proposed for annexation consists of approximately 5.66
acres. Public Hearings are scheduled for September 28, 1989, at
7:00 pm and 7:15 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
The annexation will be accomplished from an existing strip of ten
feet on the South side of the Interstate 10 right -of -way that is
a city limits line.
Included as a part of this plan are the location map and field
notes for the area.
As a result of this proposed annexation, no additional city
facilities, vehicles or personnel will be required.
Attached to this summary are the specific Service Plan elements
submitted by each of the major departments. The originals of
these documents are on file in the City Clerk's office.

PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE PLAN
I. Area being annexed: 84 Lumber Company Property
2. The party requesting the annexation of this
area will be responsible for providing: a sewer line of adequate
capacity to connect the 84 Lumber Company Property with existing
city sewer line
that will serve this area. All improvements required will be in accordance
with the appropriate City of Baytown regulations, and the construction will
be inspected as it progresses.
When available, the engineering plans showing the details of construction
will be available for inspection in the City Engineer's office, if any.
Water service will be available for the area from an existing 12
inch line that is located at the N.E. corner of Garth and I -10.
There is /isor* tic sufficient water capacity to serve the area.
Sewer service will be available for the area from an existing 10
inch line that is located at the N.E. corner of Garth and 1 =10.
