ORDINANCE NO. 5197
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY
KENNETH W. PACE AND WIFE, CHARLENE PACE; DIRECTING THE
CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK
OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property from
KENNETH W. PACE and wife, CHARLENE PACE; the owners of the
property as described in Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for
all intents and purposes.
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the
dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas.
